Puppy rescued after swimming across NYC to NJ

A Leonberger Bernese Mountain dog mix named Bear was recused after getting lost and swimming across the NYC Hudson River to New Jersey. He got loose from the collar on December 3rd. On December 6, call came in from Edgewater New Jersey Fire Department that Bear was rescued. Now he is with his family. 


MTA to remove conversational seating with new features

By 2028, MTA will feature new seating trains. The seats with yellow and orange allowing conversations and looking out the windows will be gone. The new trains have fixed benches and folding benches on both sides, as well as extra space at the end of the car with no seating at all.


Golden Girls pop-up restaurant opens in NYC

Manhattan's Seaport District at 19 Fulton Street, Golden Girls Kitchen in NYC opens as a fast casual place for the public. Admission starts at $40 a person and for that, you get a 90-minute reservation as well as your choice of a "Golden Main" and a slice of cheesecake. Next locations are coming up in Miami, San Francisco and Chicago pop-ups are slated for Spring 2023. 


Your own parking spot in NYC for $300,000

Manhattan residents can enjoy their own parking space inside the building equipped with electric charging station and much more. The cost range from $300,000 to $595,000 not including mortgage and maintenance costs. The entire operation is controlled by robots moving vehicles around to fit well using radio-frequency identification tags.
