The NYC Mayor announced lifestyle medicine in partnership with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine with a $44 million budget for up to 200,000 health workers. The program will train them to provide training on eating better and healthy habits for their practices. 

Thompson Central Park has been steadily redesigning since 2021 and now has three fantastic restaurants and a hotel-within-a-hotel concept. Beyond its Central Park proximity, the hotel is a short stroll from attractions like Carnegie Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and Radio City Music Hall.

The MTA is reporting a 5.5% hike would close the budget gap of $2.6 billion for NYC. The fare of $2.90 per ride will balance the budget but the proposal will be announced next year. The MTA is seeking a typical 4% fare and toll revenue hikes every two years.

Norse Atlantic Airways on March 26 will launch a new route between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Tickets are on sale, and the route will be operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft offering economy and premium cabins.

A new report from Cushman & Wakefield ranked the most expensive shopping streets around the globe by rent. Spaces on Manhattan’s Upper Fifth Avenue strip between 49th through 60th streets topped the list, with prices starting at $2,000 per square foot.
